- 4 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

- Spread basil pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, mozzarella, spinach, and tomato on top of the pesto side of two slices of bread.
