  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, chia seeds (if using), and dried fruits.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey or maple syrup and nut butter until smooth. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix well.
