Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips about one inch wide and pat dry.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper. Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. Dip floured chicken strips into the egg wash.
- Roll each egg-coated strip in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the breaded strips in a single layer in the basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
