  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  2. Drain and press the tofu between paper towels for about 15 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  4. In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, cornstarch, and paprika until well-coated.
  5. Place the seasoned tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
