  • 34 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken breasts into even strips.
  3. In one bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk together olive oil and Dijon mustard.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into the mustard mixture, then coat in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place coated strips on baking sheets without overcrowding.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. For the honey mustard dip, mix equal parts honey and Dijon mustard.
