Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Coat the chicken thighs thoroughly in the mixture.
  3. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. For the glaze, heat honey in a saucepan over low heat until warmed; stir in additional soy sauce if desired.
  5. Once the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C), drizzle generously with warm honey glaze and return to the oven for another five minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with optional sesame seeds or chopped green onions.
