Description

Parmesan Potato Stacks are a crispy, cheesy delight baked in muffin tins. Perfect for gatherings or as a cozy snack, these stacks are sure to impress everyone at your table.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium Russet potatoes
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a muffin tin with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  3. Thinly slice the potatoes (about 1/8 inch thick) using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  4. Toss potato slices in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional herbs until evenly coated.
  5. Layer 5–7 potato slices in each muffin cup, stacking for height.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
