  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas, then pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread seasoned chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
