Instructions
- Create the Dough: Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly.
- Add Flour & Eggs: Mix in flour and salt. Stir in eggs one at a time until a soft dough forms.
- Knead Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it Rise: Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled.
- Make Filling: Blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, chopped strawberries, and cinnamon until creamy.
- Shape Rolls: Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread filling evenly, roll tightly from one end to another.
- Slice & Second Rise: Cut rolled dough into equal pieces (about 1-inch thick) and place cut side up in a greased baking dish. Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake & Drizzle: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before drizzling with icing.
