- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced

- 1. Marinate chicken: In a bowl, mix 1 cup yogurt, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp garam masala, salt, and pepper. Add chicken; marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight preferred).
