Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or sauté marinated chicken over medium-high heat until golden brown and fully cooked (about 6-7 minutes per side).
- Chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, croutons, and Parmesan cheese; toss lightly.
- Slice the grilled chicken and add it to the salad along with Caesar dressing; mix gently.
- Serve immediately, adding extra Parmesan if desired.
