Ingredients

  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Garlic powder (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes until fully cooked; shred once cooled.
  2. In a bowl, blend sour cream, cream cheese, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Lay tortillas flat; fill each with shredded chicken and drizzle with white sauce before rolling tightly.
