  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons coriander
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate in yogurt mixed with spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (about 1 minute).
