- 4 flour or whole wheat tortillas

- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add diced onions and bell peppers, and cook until softened.
- Add chicken sausages: Slice halal chicken sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet; cook until browned.
- Scramble the eggs: Whisk eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl, then pour into another heated pan. Stir gently until set.
