Ingredients

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onions, carrots, and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
