- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 16 oz store-bought gnocchi
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- Dried thyme and parsley to taste

Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Chop chicken, dice onion, mince garlic, and slice carrots and celery.
- In a large pot over medium heat, sauté olive oil with onions, carrots, celery, and garlic until softened (about 5 minutes).
- Add chopped chicken and season with salt and pepper; cook until no longer pink (6-8 minutes).
- Pour in chicken broth along with thyme and parsley; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and spinach (or kale); cook for 3-4 minutes until greens wilt.
- Add gnocchi to the pot; cook according to package instructions until they float (usually a few minutes).
