Description

Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake is a creamy, flavorful casserole that combines succulent shrimp and cheesy pasta. Ideal for family dinners or gatherings, this dish is sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz short pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 lb large shrimp, deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice; combine with the pasta and half of the Parmesan.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish, top with remaining Parmesan, and bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
