Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Thinly slice the garlic.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sear the beef pieces until browned on all sides.
