Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder
  • Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. Mix all-purpose flour and warm water in a bowl until a dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes, cover, and let rest.
  2. In another bowl, combine ground pork shoulder, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, chopped green onions, and chicken broth. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Roll the rested dough into small balls and flatten into 3-inch circles.
  4. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each circle and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Steam dumplings over boiling water for 8-10 minutes until puffed up.
  6. Mix rice vinegar with soy sauce for dipping while dumplings steam.
