  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic and ground turkey; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in cooked rice and diced tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil.
  4. Fill each pepper tightly with the meat mixture but leave some space at the top.
