Description

Lemon Truffles are a burst of zesty lemon flavor enveloped in creamy white chocolate. These easy-to-make treats are perfect for any celebration or a sweet personal indulgence.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon zest
  • ΒΌ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Coconut flakes for rolling (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend sweetened condensed milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave or double boiler; fold into the lemon mixture until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture for about an hour until firm enough to handle.
  4. Roll chilled mixture into bite-sized balls, dusting hands with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
  5. Optionally roll each truffle in coconut flakes before refrigerating again for 30 minutes.
