Description

Banana Bread Delight is a moist and flavorful loaf that effortlessly transforms overripe bananas into a delicious treat, perfect for breakfast or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 34 ripe bananas
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: nuts or chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth but slightly chunky.
  3. Stir in melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in flour, baking soda, and salt until just mixed; do not overmix.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and gently shake to level it out.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before slicing.
