  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the Noodles: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and cook until browned; break apart as it cooks.
  3. 3. Sauté Onions and Garlic: Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until onions are translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. 4. Add Mushrooms: Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. 5. Make the Sauce: Sprinkle flour over the mixture. Gradually stir in beef broth until thickened.
