Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake crust for about 10 minutes or until lightly golden; cool completely.
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix well.
  5. Fold in sour cream and vanilla until fully integrated.
  6. Gently fold half of the blackberries into the mixture, preserving some whole.
  7. Pour filling over cooled crust, top with remaining blackberries, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
