- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, garlic, cilantro, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper until just combined.
