Description

Tzatziki sauce is a creamy, refreshing dip made with Greek yogurt and cucumbers, perfect for enhancing your favorite dishes or enjoying with pita.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium English cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  2. Mince the garlic and fresh dill.
