Description

Ingredients

  • Fresh raspberries
  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Ladyfingers
  • Confectioners' sugar
  • Vanilla extract
  • Strong coffee or espresso
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix mascarpone with confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Brew strong coffee or espresso and let it cool.
  3. Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee and layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, then sprinkle half of the raspberries on top. Repeat layers.
  5. Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight.
