- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
- In a bowl, combine drained salmon, sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, egg, Dijon mustard, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into patties about 2 inches wide.
