Description

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko recommended for extra crunch)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
