  • 1 ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 cup fresh corn (or 1 can, drained)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

  • ½ cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
