Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced corned beef
  • 8 oz Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • Dill pickles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice slider buns in half and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Layer half of the corned beef on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Place Swiss cheese slices over the beef followed by an even layer of drained sauerkraut.
  5. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing generously over the top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until sliders are golden brown and cheese is melted.
