Ingredients

  • Filet Mignon or Sirloin Steak
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Fettuccine or Spaghetti Pasta
  • Heavy Cream
  • Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized pieces. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and melt half of the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add steak pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sear until browned on all sides, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet; pour in heavy cream and stir in parmesan cheese until slightly thickened.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain it, then toss it into the creamy sauce.
  6. Return steak bites to the pan with pasta and sauce; garnish with parsley before serving.
