- 2 large eggs

- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (40g)

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (90g) (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and both sugars together until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Stir in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips before pouring the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top shows slight cracking but remains moist when tested with a toothpick.
