Ingredients

  • Whole roasted hazelnuts
  • Chocolate hazelnut spread
  • Dark chocolate
  • Milk chocolate
  • Crispy wafer shells
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Chopped hazelnuts (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and toast whole hazelnuts on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes until golden and fragrant. Let cool.
  2. Blend half of the cooled hazelnuts into a coarse meal. Combine with chocolate hazelnut spread and roll into small balls.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each ball in melted chocolate and allow excess to drip off.
  4. Roll the dipped balls in chopped hazelnuts for extra crunch, then place on parchment paper.
