  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your countertop. Finely chop the garlic and measure out the Cajun seasoning.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry and coat them generously with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and blackened. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute before pouring in heavy cream.
