- 4 cups whole milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- ¼ cup chopped almonds and cashews (optional)

Instructions
- Peel and grate the carrots until they resemble bright orange confetti.
- In a heavy-bottomed pan, melt ghee over medium heat. Add grated carrots and sauté for about 10 minutes until softened.
- Pour in whole milk and bring to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally, cooking for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
- Add sugar, stirring until dissolved while enjoying the sweet aroma.
- Mix in cardamom powder, chopped nuts, and raisins (if using). Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm or refrigerate for later enjoyment.
