Ingredients
- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sauté in olive oil over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken and sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in the same pan for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Layer shredded cheese on top of the cooked chicken and place in the oven for about 5 minutes until melted.
- Slice the cheesy chicken and place it along with sautéed veggies on each tortilla. Roll tightly into wraps.
- Place wraps seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
