  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Coat the chicken breasts and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Whisk flour, eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Cook thin layers in a non-stick skillet until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. In another pan over medium heat, toss chopped vegetables with a bit of olive oil until slightly softened but still crisp (about 3-4 minutes).
