  • 1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: Combine yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, and spices in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Sear chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear marinated chicken until golden brown on all sides (5–7 minutes).
