Description

Irresistibly creamy Coffee Caramel Cheesecake Bars blend rich coffee flavor with sweet caramel, creating a delightful treat that’s perfect for any gathering or a cozy night in.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee powder
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and coffee powder until fully combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Allow to cool completely before drizzling with caramel sauce. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
