  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water before draining.
