  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
