- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and lay flat.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the mozzarella and Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle; roll tightly and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the rolled noodles and top with remaining cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until golden.
