- 1 medium onion, finely chopped

- 2 (14 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 oz lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef and Italian sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
