  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and mix well; stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Drop tablespoon-sized dollops onto lined baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
