Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and half of the salted caramel sauce gently.
  6. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them out. Lightly sprinkle each ball with sea salt flakes.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers remain soft. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
