  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined. Add to dry ingredients and stir until blended.

  4. Place donuts on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. While cooling, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gradually add powdered sugar until smooth.
