- 3–4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- ½ cup bacon bits (cooked)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather all ingredients.
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink (6-7 minutes per side). Let cool and shred.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and bacon bits. Mix well.
- Fold in half of the green onions and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with remaining green onions and serve hot with tortilla chips or veggie sticks.
