- 4–6 pounds leg of lamb (bone-in or boneless)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, crushed garlic, finely chopped rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
