Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Reserve some pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and chopped kale to the skillet. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the kale wilts (around 3-5 minutes).
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with vegetables. Mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.
