- 100g feta cheese
- 100g Kalamata olives

Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop tomatoes into bite-sized pieces; slice cucumber into half-moons.
- 2. Thinly slice half of the red onion; soak in cold water to mellow the flavor if desired.
